Refund policy

Returns. All sales are final except for defective or damaged products or if you received the wrong item. You must contact us at support@bago.la within 7 days of delivery to inform us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exchanges. We understand that sometimes sizing doesn't work out. Exchanges are allowed within 10 days of receiving the product. Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees. Product must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.

To initiate an exchange, email support@bago.la within 10 days of receiving the product. If the requested size is available, we will ship out the new product upon our receipt of the original item.
